Oklahoma State Regents, the Court rules that the University of Oklahoma could not impose segregated seating arrangements on a black graduate student; and in Henderson v. United States, the Court rules that segregated seating on railroad dining cars denies the equal access to public accommodations guaranteed by the Interstate Commerce Act.
